We clean your rugs and carpets on site with hot-water extraction: hot water is injected into the fibres and drawn straight back out, with the dirt it has loosened. One single rate, €29 per square metre, stain treatment and colour revival included.

How the cleaning works
The rug is cleaned at your home, on site: nothing to carry.
Vacuuming
The rug or carpet is deep-vacuumed to remove dust and sand before the fibres get wet.
Stain treatment
Visible stains are pre-treated one by one.
Hot-water extraction
Hot water is injected into the fibres and drawn straight back out, with the dirt it has loosened. Colours get their brightness back.
Drying
We air the room as we leave. A short pile dries in a few hours, a long pile in up to 8 hours.
Rug, carpet: what changes
Rugs
Synthetic fibres, wool, cotton or jute: same rate per square metre. The fibre is checked on your photos.
Fitted carpet
Cleaned in place, room by room. Give us the floor area for an exact quote.
Short or long pile
Same method and same price. Only the drying changes: up to 8 hours for a long pile.
Sisal and seagrass
Not treated: these stiff plant fibres cannot take hot-water extraction.
Before we arrive
A socket and a tap
An accessible 220 V socket and a water point are all we need: we bring all the equipment.
The dimensions
For the quote, measure the length and width of the rug, or the floor area of the room.
A clear floor
For a fitted carpet, clear the floor as much as you can; show us on photos what cannot be moved.
Afterwards
Avoid walking on it while it feels damp and keep the room aired.
