Carpet, the sofa of a furnished flat, mattresses: we clean what gets noticed at the inspection, at your place, with hot-water extraction. Every job is photographed before and after, and you get the pictures.

What shows on the day
Carpet
Cleaned by the square metre, stain treatment and colour revival included: €29 per m², room by room.
The furnished sofa
Seat, backrest, armrests and cushions, seat by seat: €109 for 2 or 3 seats, €149 for 4 or 5 seats.
Mattresses
One side or both, anti-dust-mite treatment included: €69 for a single, €139 for a double cleaned on both sides.
The photos
Every job is photographed before and after, and you get the pictures: a record of the state in which you hand the flat back.
When to book
Plan the cleaning at least the day before the inspection. A long-pile carpet can take up to 8 hours to dry, a fabric sofa 3 to 5 hours; in winter or in a poorly ventilated flat, allow a night.
A mattress cleaned on both sides is done in the morning: it dries standing up until the evening.
The flat still needs electricity and water: a 220 V socket and a water point are all we need, we bring all the equipment.
